All of the following is included in the Wedding Package:

Events Barn and adjoining patio and deck areas for day of wedding (the day before may be available for decorating if no event is scheduled that day).

Access to designated Garden Areas, orchard and adjacent meadow for additional seating and general strolling by guests or play areas for supervised children.

Assorted tables and chairs in event barn, deck, patio and throughout garden areas

Bridal Dressing Area or family gathering area, with bathroom.

Tablecloths for dinner and serving tables (our standard available colors - other colors may be available at additional cost). Our tablecloths are eco-poplin made from 100% recycled fiber and fabrics! Cloths are placed on tables by Khimaira staff.

Parking attendant(s) as needed to direct guests to parking areas

Lawn chairs for ceremony (We have approximately 200. You may want to rent more if needed.) These are made from recycled plastic.

Wooden arbor, metal arbor or metal gazebo setup for ceremony

Roll out dance floor - ready to go

Use of our vast stock of decorations including vases, candleholders, lanterns and many other items

Prep Kitchen (Please see catering guidelines here) (Additional fee for rehearsal dinners - $150)

Many colors and styles of serving dishes and serving accessories such as baskets, trays, drink dispensers, wine coolers, beer coolers and others (if using our place settings, we also include use of our stainless steel and copper chafing dishes at no charge).

We will include the first 50 place settings free. Additional place settings are $2.50 per head. See details below.

Cut flowers from our organic gardens for tables as available seasonally (limited and based on availability). Client may also use our available potted flowers and fern baskets for decorations for ceremony or reception.

Portable fire pits that can be used in specified areas

One year webhosting for domain name of choice (our gift to you!)

Staff onsite during event to ensure smooth operations of facility (additional staff available for assistance with things that are responsibility of client)- see guidelines for Khimaira and Client responsibilities Here)

Free CD of photographs taken of your wedding by Khimaira Farm staff (intended to supplement professional photographs taken by your photographer)

$50.00 discount/credit if using DJ Josh Nicol's DJ services. Go Here Also, Josh will provide an additional $50 discount if you sign up for his DJ services within 30 days of signing a contract with Khimaira Farm! That's a total of $100 discount!

Barn and reception areas cleaned and ready to use by client. Final cleanup of area following use (see guidelines for Khimaira and Client responsibilities Here)

A dedicated "Kid's Barn" for younger children, complete with toys and activities and kids picnic table areas (available if using our childcare services).

Beginning in 2012 (or possibly late 2011), we will have a webcam available for broadcasting weddings in our meadow area.

Our video package which includes projector and screen for your powerpoint or other presentations.

Free consultation and assistance with coordinating vendor services whom we recommend.

Satisfaction from supporting a small family farm who works very hard to provide real value for your money spent - and one who practices sustainable management with strong conservation and environmental ethic. Our clients tell us we are rather unique since we compost scraps from receptions; recycle everything possible; share a constantly growing supply of decorations with clients at no charge; provide free organically grown flowers for arrangements; take flowers left by our clients to nursing home residents; encourage use of locally grown products; and share leftover foods clients donate with area families in need...and that's just a start ;) Read more about our environmental policies. Note: Events end at or before midnight. This means guests need to leave by then. Please plan to end your entertainment and bar services in time to meet our closing time, and arrange shuttle services accordingly.

Additional services available, including, but not limited to:

Sometimes overnight tent camping in the pasture field on the night of your event may be available (will depend upon our event schedule for the next day - please inquire in advance). Liability must be added to insurance coverage. There is no charge for camping if campers are willing to assist with cleanup of facilities the next morning. This might include stacking lawn chairs, trash pickup and other cleanup. Departure should be by 10AM the next day. Please request several weeks in advance if you desire to have this camping option so that we can confirm if it is available on your date.

$ 2.50 Per place setting/per person (includes dinner plates, water cups or glasses, flatware, coffee cups and cleanup/sanitizing). If we are providing cheese trays, then we also include appetizer plates. If not, these are to be provided by caterer or client. We also do not include dessert plates and forks, which are provided by caterer or client (or we can provide at cost if needed). The first 50 place settings are included FREE with the Wedding Package.

By far, the majority of our clients choose this option for their place settings. Compared to using disposable plates, the use of 'real' plates not only makes guests feel special and are much easier to uses, it is also a more environmentally sustainable practice. As a cost savings for client, we price the place settings per head (not per plate used - as often multiple plates per guest are actually used).

Optional Barware packages: Use of our wine glasses and other specialty glasses such as Champagne Flutes, Pilsners and Pint/Pub for beer, Hurricane, Old Fashioned/On the Rocks, Mojito and Margarita glasses available in limited numbers @$.40 per person ($.35 if using more than one package). We have recyclable plastic champagne glasses available for use at $.30 each or the real glass for $.40 each. As with our place settings, we price the use of the barware per head, not actual number of glasses used. Typically, a guest may actually use 2-3 wine glasses during the event, but only one glass/per head is charged. Each specialty glass package is offered separately. For example, if you want both the champagne glasses and the wine glasses, that would be two packages. We discount the price to $.35 per head if you are using more than one bar glass package. If you are not using our glasses and are serving mixed drinks or draft beer, please provide appropriate plastic cups for serving your drinks, or upon request, we will provide at cost.

Laminated Cardstock Hand Fans - with your wedding information! Can be a decorative design with just your names and date, or can include additional program information! A great take home gift and functional too! Make your guests more comfortable while outside during warm summer days! Prices vary from $1.00 - 3.50 each, depending on design and volume.
